Refunds
Please note that refunds are not possible once you sign up to the course. The usual 14 day cool off period does not apply to online courses, if the course content has been accessed. If you would like to avail of a 14 day cool off period, then you are welcome to sign up to the course, but do not access any content for 14 days. By accessing content and choosing to start the course immediately you accept that you are wavering this right.
By purchasing the course (upfront or payment plan) you understand that you are entering a contractual agreement. Refunds are not possible as per above.
By signing up to a Payment Plan you understand that you are contracted to pay the full amount of the course. If you cancel the payment plan you have 7 days to pay the reminder of the outstanding balance.
